These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Melbourne Clean website (melbourneclean.com.au) and the cleaning services we provide. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Melbourne Clean provides domestic and commercial cleaning services in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The specific services, scope of work, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including in situations where the property condition presents a health or safety concern for our cleaners.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Melbourne Clean. We recommend confirming your booking at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date. If access is not possible at the agreed time, a cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In general, cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best results, we ask that you:
- Ensure the property is reasonably accessible and free of safety hazards
- Secure or remove any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before our team arrives
- Inform us in advance of any specific requirements or areas to avoid
7. Liability
Melbourne Clean is fully insured. However, our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to any surface, fixture, or item.
We take great care in every job. If you believe damage has occurred as a result of our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will address the matter promptly.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the result of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a return visit to address the areas of concern at no additional charge, where reasonably possible.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on melbourneclean.com.au — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Melbourne Clean and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
